Manesty XL LAB 2 Coating Equipment

The XL Lab 02 extends the range of Manesty’s interchangeable drum
coaters to a full 75 litre capacity .
This enables the flexibility of interchangeables drum technology
to be utilised in pilot or small-scale production roles.
The versatility of the systems provided with the xlab2 make research simpler
whilst boostingconfidence in scale up to production
Finished to the same exacting standard as other Manesty coater,
the XL Lab 02 is capable of coating with aqueous or organic solvent based suspensions as well as sugar.
In common with all Manesty coaters, pneumatic seals are used to render the coater safe when coating hazardous products.
