Feeding for profil painting systems
Unstacking machine with 4 arms has been designed for the automatic removal of profiled strips from tray trolleys.
The workpieces are moved in such a way that the already coated or treated surfaces do not come into contact with any mechanical part.
This ensures optimal manufacturing quality.

Structure :
- Steel frame construction to accommodate all mechanical drive components.
- Conveyor roller conveyor with adjustable feed speed using a continuously adjustable gear motor.
- Rollers with a special non-slip and vibration-damping coating for smooth conveying of the workpieces.
Fully automatic separation system on the removal arms so that the workpieces can be transferred separately to the vertical height chain.
- Control panel with protective devices, panel for operation and control, as well as schematic buttons for operating the system.
