A refurbished Magnuson Model NF-24 twenty-four roll continuous abrasive peeler / brush-washer / scrubber consists of twenty-four (24) 3 inch diameter by 6 foot long rolls arranged in a circular "rolling cage".

The rolls counter-rotate with the rolling cage for high volume throughput, while the small diameter closely spaced rolls provide for high quality and versatility in peeling or brush scrubbing a wide range of products.

Manufacturer advertising shows use on pickles, apples, potatoes, onions, carrots, baby carrots, pistachios, tomatoes, peaches & pears.

This reconditioned abrasive roll cage peeler is in stock, in EXCELLENT operational, mechanical, electrical & cosmetic condition, available for immediate shipment without controls (buyer must agree in writing to install a safety interlock system) -OR- can be completed with an operator control box with variable speed controls and a safety interlock system prior to shipment.

FEATURES:
. Configured with twenty four (24) NEW abrasive grit 3 inch diameter
by 72 inch long rolls mounted parallel (in-line) with product flow.
. The peeling / scrubbing action is powered by two (2) 7.5 HP belt
drive motors - one rotates the cage and the other drives the rolls.
. 17 inch long by 15 inch wide infeed at approximately 56 inches high.
. Full length metering auger with 3/4HP stainless steel shrouded drive
- to provide uniform product exposure time in the peeling chamber.
. Lubricating and rinsing action is provided in the chamber
by a stainless steel water spray pipe header with several bronze spray nozzles.
