type ice cream with a wooden stick,
product transfer device (12x2),
chocolate dipping system(12-lanes)
Multi dip station with 3 dips nitrogen en 2 dips fruit juice (for Solero production).
You can also produce chocolate dip
with a separate dip tanks APV freezing tunnel:
Conveyor with plates which runs under the extruder
into the freezing tunnel (and back),
cooling capacity 175kW / 750 plates.

Multi-lane flow wrapper (6-lanes),
collection conveyor with dividers (1 by 1),
conveyors with corner, empty (not successful package)
foil suction device, manual preparation
for packer (3,4 or 6 pieces) with 3 format sets.
Cama cartoniser 2016
including Nordson ProBlu 7 hot glue device.

Current workable speed of the complete line,
14.000 packed ice creams per hour,
due to manual loading of the box.
Line can produce up to 18.000 pieces per hour).
Excluded in the offer: Continuous Ice Cream Freezer,
check weigher, metal detector and shrink foil machine.
