Mageba Polyester dyeing machine 40 cm

Machine 3 parts: deying foulard, predrying (metane) and drying (metane).

the size is 40cm, it depends from ribbons size
in the past it dyed till 16 ribbons of 6 mm or 8 x 40 mm gibbo.

Ribbon entry and exit included.
On the ribbon exit we used 3 reels machines to roll the dyed ribbons

there is no ribbon wash application.
For all colors we had no problems, for red and black too (we used Dystar dyes)

We dyed polyester ribbon, single face, doubleface, organcy (in polyester)
With dryer at 160-180°
It depend from velocity and color

Technology:
1 phase : impregnation
2 phase: pressing
3 phase: pre-dryer infrared technology (gas/methane)
4 phase: half contact dryer (burner gas/methane)

The machine need compressed air for pressing and traction rolls and to move the infrared system
