Dynamic muscle stimulation (DMst) tones healthy facial muscles that
have weakened with age to lift the cheeks, midface, and jawline;
restore facial volume; and smooth away facial folds without dermal fillers.
TriPollar® RF uses radiofrequency energy to heat the deeper dermal layer of
the skin for increased collagen and elastin production,
making the skin firmer and tighter.
triFX™ RF microneedling creates micro-channels in the skin with
fine needles to produce fresh skin cells, collagen, and elastin that
diminish wrinkles while making the skin tighter and more supple.
This microneedling technology creates little to no discomfort during
treatment and produces faster and more dramatic results than
traditional microneedling.

triLift Candidates
Ideal candidates are people with mild to moderate facial aging,
typically in their 40s to 50s, who don’t want or need surgery and
have any of the following concerns:

Sagging of the midface, lower eyelids, jawline
Thinning skin
Loss of facial volume
Wrinkles and fine lines

Folds and creases around the mouth, such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines
Younger patients can benefit from triLift as an easy preventative treatment to
delay facial aging.

What To Expect
After cleansing your skin, your esthetician applies glycerin gel to your face.
The esthetician then moves the triLift handpiece over the lower face and
jawline in a specified pattern to create rapid contractions in the underlying
facial muscles and release RF energy into the dermal layer of the skin.
You will experience a warm-to-hot sensation and twitching of the facial muscles as
they contract and relax.

The triFX RF microneedling procedure is gentle, relaxing, and requires no
numbing cream, unlike other types of microneedling.
The esthetician gently stamps the triFX handpiece over the skin as
the fine needles create micro-channels and release RF energy into the skin.

Preparing for Your Treatment
Your skin and facial tissues need to be hydrated for optimal treatments and results,
so be sure to drink plenty of water starting the day before your treatment until at
least the day after.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?
Our triLift treatment protocol consists of 5 weekly appointments:

Week 1: Dynamic muscle stimulation and TriPollar RF followed by triFX RF microneedling
Week 2: Dynamic muscle stimulation and TriPollar RF
Week 3: Dynamic muscle stimulation and TriPollar RF
Week 4: Dynamic muscle stimulation and TriPollar RF followed by triFX RF microneedling
Week 5: Dynamic muscle stimulation and TriPollar RF
We follow up the 5 treatments with a maintenance treatment at 6 months.

Lumenis TriLift Recovery
One of the best parts about triLift treatment is that no downtime is needed,
so you can immediately return to your regular daily activities.
RF microneedling may make the skin pink and warm, similar to a mild sunburn for
24 to 48 hours. The skin may feel slightly rough for about 5 to 7 days as the micro
channels heal.

Patients are often impressed with the changes they see after
their first med spa appointment. Facial muscles continue to tighten and
tone with each treatment, naturally improving your facial contours.
Skin smoothing and tightening from RF microneedling begin to show after
approximately 10 days and continue for up to 90 days as collagen and
elastin increase.
