It ties two simultaneous knots: either one at both ends of a sausage, linking them by the same string (ring sausage), or using the same string to tie two different sausages. Finally, it removes the excess product.
Without aluminium clips, only string, which allows for an industrial product with a handmade presentation.

Electrically operated by a single energy-efficient motor. It does not require a supply of compressed air, which means no excessive noise or possible additional costs such as installations, air compressor, etc.
