Continuous Carcass Press
The MPP 15 is a flexible press for order-related production without setup times.
The MPP 15 can be used individually or in various combinations in an assembly line.
The pressing forces are applied pneumatically. Separately adjustable vertical and horizontal pressure makes it possible to press both horizontal and vertical carcasses.
The vertical forces are transmitted via a plate, while the horizontal forces act on the carcass via pressing jaws.
The position of the central pressing jaws can be adjusted using adjustable stops, allowing for different heights of the bottom and sides.
The carcass is photoelectrically measured during infeed, which automatically positions the horizontal pressure beam.
