Equipped with stainless steel sectional lid, vessel has stainless steel control panel for temperature display, along with Ammeter, volt meter gauges and variable speed controls for scraper agitation and homogenizing head. With dished bottom, kettle is mounted on stainless steel table with 26 In. high legs with casters for portability. With bottom center outlet with approx. 1-1/2 In. diameter discharge valve with tri-clamp fitting
