Vacuum Double Motion Mix Kettle/Reactor,
Last used in the pharmaceutical industry, ke
ttle total capacity of 490 gallons to top of rim.
Vessel is jacketed for 90 PSI and rated 20 PSI internally
and equipped with double-motion agitation.
Agitation tilts out of vessel via heavy duty cylinder.
Top lid has large manway with hinged lid,
as well as assorted smaller openings.
Last mounted in mezzanine,
kettle requires the addition of legs to be self-standing.
With top mounted right angle 10HP,
3/60/230-460 Volt explosion proof drive motor for the double-motion agitator,
vessel also has top center-mounted 40HP,
3/60/230-460 Volt explosion proof motor if the homogenizing head
is supplied, at additional cost, making this a triple motion kettle.
With 3 In. diameter center bottom discharge,
vessel also has internal thermowell, no instrument included.
Kettle will be assembled prior to shipment as it is currently
disassembled as a result of removal from plant
