4 chains adjustable set on 18″ centers
with 1½” high lugs.
Carton size range: 1¾” to 14″ in Length x 3/8″
to 6″ in Width x 3¼” to 14″ in Depth.
Equipped with 3 belt product feed and metering conveyor,
to 32″ long x 12″ wide in feed conveyor
with top product pushers, to 252″ long bucket conveyor
with 15″ long x 15″ wide x 2″ deep
adjustable product buckets and automatic barrel cam loader.
96″ long 2 chain powered blank carton magazine,
2 head rotary pic-n-place,
with over head carton squaring conveyor
and Nordson hot melt glue system and Seko gauges.
Remote control panel, has A/B CPU,
touch pad controller with panel view
and on cartoner controller with jog / run,
vacuum, glue, carton feed, vari speed controls,
with start / stop / e-stop controls.
Mounted on frame with interlocking safety guarding.
Machine was last doing cereal bags.
