Operation with an automatic feeding system using a loading hopper and conical spindle feeding the cutting plates. Perfect chopping without friction or bruises, these characteristics that, together with its great robustness, make it stand out from the rest of the machines on the market.

The entire exterior of the machine and the rest of the parts in contact with the meat are made of AISI-304 stainless steel, complying with all current legislation in this regard (CE Regulations).
