H. KRANTZ – AACHEN FINISHING MACHINE

The Krantz finishing machine is capable of the following functions:
• ScotchGuarding , application of Teflon-type solutions to provide protection against stains, creasing and
wear.
• Fire-retardant solutions may be applied.
• Solutions can be applied to harden or soften materials for specific applications.
Drying of dyed goods
The major product specifications are as follows:
Textile width (max) 1900 mm / 75 inches
Drying unit dimension – length 33 meters / 109 feet
Drying unit dimension – width 4 meters / 13.5 feet
Drying unit dimension – height 1.8 meters / 6 feet
The unit is gas-fired and presently has six Riello burner units capable of producing a maximum of 4.5 million
btu. The burner units are virtually new and are manufactured in Canada.
The Krantz finishing machine is linked to a Briem Foulard unit for the application of the various solutions.

Machinery is in running order and can be seen running if necessary
