A high-capacity production system
designed for efficient dough handling.
It offers output rates of up to 5,280 dough pieces per hour
in 4-row configuration, 6,600 pieces in 5-row,
and 9,000 pieces in 6-row.
Its proofing cabinet can hold a maximum of 860, 1,080,
and 1,410 dough pieces for 4-row, 5-row, and 6-row setups respectively.

Technical details include dimensions of 4900x1080x2530 mm (LxWxH)
and a power supply requirement of 2.0 kW.
The system accommodates proofing boards measuring
59×39 cm, 77×57 cm, or 97×57 cm.
