Kockums Chipper-canter sawmill line

Milling and chipping sawmill line.
The diameter of the processed material is from 100 to 450 mm.

Exact equipment list:
- Accumulative V-shaped table for logs 3-6 m, feeding table, feed conveyor to the workshop and log measuring device "VECTOR-3D".
The total power is 30kW. We do not use the log meter at the moment, because. the computer is not working, and specifically the software.

No. 1 . Driven log feed roller. Power 3 kW
No. 2. Chain conveyor for feeding logs to the debarking machine. Power 3 kW.
No. 3 . Barking machine. Power 36 kW. It is serviceable, we use it as a conveyor for pulling a log.
No. 4. Canting machine "KOCKUMS" Power 90 kW. Maximum inlet size 450 mm. Dimensions are set mechanically, i.e. hydraulics are off.
No. 5, 5A. Chain conveyor "KOCKUMS" with centering pressure rollers (ribbons) driven by an electric motor,
for feeding the carriage into the multi-saw machine "LINCK MK-22". Total power 20 kW.
No. 6 . Multi-saw twin-shaft machine "LINCK MK-22". Power 180 kW. Productivity 30 - 60 m/min.
Upper shaft saws Ø 460 mm (usually we use a set of 6 saws), lower shaft saw Ø 380 mm, landing saw Ø 150 mm.
There are two sets of operating circular saws.
There is a spare shaft after repair. The price of such a shaft in the original is more than 20,000 euros.
No. 7 . Belt conveyor for boards and slabs at the exit from the gang saw. Power 2.5 kW.
No. 8. Belt conveyor for lumber broach. Power 2.5 kW.
No. 9. Conveyor for sorting boards and slabs. Power 2.5 kW.
No. 10 . The throwing off conveyor of a board on a table of sorting. Power 2.5 kW.
No. 11 . Belt conveyor for feeding the slab to the chipper. Power 3 kW.
No. 12. Belt conveyor for sawdust from a multisaw. Power 2.5 kW.
No. 13 . Belt conveyor for sawdust and chips from a multi-saw and cant saw machine with an exit from the workshop. Power 3.5 kW.
- Hydrostations 3 pieces x 4 kW. used for top and side clamps of logs and gun carriages.
- The sorting table is equipped with a chain drive, power 3.5 kW, length 14600 mm, width 6100 mm.
