The LABEL CS converts plain or pre-printed reels into label formats.
The equipment is modular in design and is made up of an unwinder followed by a cutting section.
The cutting section has both the cross cutting and slitting stations.
The crosscutting design comprises of a multi-blade single rotary knife acting on a fixed bottom knife.
The cut labels or strips are conveyed to the delivery by means of a vacuum tape and drum section.
The labels or strips are presented in a vertical format for manual removal from the delivery table.

SUITABLE MATERIALS:
Papers from 50 up to 120 g/m².
Tobacco complexes from 70 up to 90 g/m².
Metallized papers from 50 up to 100 g/m².
PPBO from 45 microns (29 g/m²) up to 90 microns.
Coated HDPE from 75 up to 90 g/m².
