The machine is a stainless steel machine, steam heated and is currently in our workshop for reconditioning.
The following work will be done during the reconditioning:
- complete cleaning of the machine
- complete reconditioning of the bottle feeding and discharging system
- completely new main chain
- exchange of all bottle cells, i.e. all bottle cells are new - overhaul of the pumps
- complete overhaul of the spray nozzles
- complete overhaul of the label discharge
- complete overhaul of all deflection rollers
- complete overhaul and inspection of the chain guide
- complete overhaul of valves
- the caustic baths are isolated
- as already shown the bottle cells and the main chain are completely new
After the reconditioning the machine is technically and optically in an excellent condition. We explicitly point out that the complete housing of the washing machine including the drainage feed is made of V2A (stainless steel).
Overhauled and ready to work
