Bag size range: 3" to 22" long x 2.50" to 13.75" wide.
Bag Types: pillow pouch, gusseted and flat bottom
(with proper change parts). Equipped with 8" forming tube,
12" long x 1-1/2" wide dual side belt film assist,
16" wide x 1-1/2" thick hot impulse seal jaws with 20" long lap seal bar,
film rolls 25" long with 3" ID core and has a maximum roll weight of 300lbs,
powered film unwind, film regitration and product discharge
incline cleated conveyor.
Control panel has A/B controller with A/B HMI color graphic
touch screen panelview controls and machine stop, run,
alarm only with stop switches and e-stop push button
with A/B powerflex vari-speed controller.
Mounted on Flex-Mount low profile frame,
designed to support volumetric fillers,
weighers and auger fillers reducing the need for mezzanines
with height adjustable leveling legs and interlock safety door guarding.
Applications include candy, nuts, crackers and cookies,
cereals, powders and more.
