Kilian RI 3 Tablet Presses/Tablet Deduster

This tablet press is suitable for the production of tablets
up to a maximum diameter of 20 mm at speeds
of up to 50,000 tablets per hour mechanical
speed depending on the product .
The 20-station turret accepts Kilian tools.
The operating area is enclosed within three guards
for noise reduction and to allow access to the drum table.
The main motor, gear train and lubrication system are
located in the lower part of the machine cabinet
and are accessible via large removable panels on all sides.
The machine can be connected to
a dust/vacuum extraction system (not included)
via connection connections at the rear
to ensure largely dust-free operation.
The product to be compressed is fed into a stainless steel
powder hopper and is guided via the motorised
powder feeder type Fill-O-Matic into the mould dies.
The powder feeder can be easily disassembled
for cleaning. The finished tablets are discharged
sideways down a chute.
