This stainless steel machine features:
A loading hopper with a 280-liter capacity.
Auger and auger housing made entirely of stainless steel.
Two speeds for both the working screw and the feeding screw (with separate drives).
A device for pushing the auger.
Crushing rollers with blunt teeth, also made of stainless steel. These rollers can handle frozen meat blocks weighing about 30 kg and frozen to –25°C in just a few seconds.
Depending on the machine’s size, it can achieve a productivity range of 6 to 12 tons per hour.
For optimal processing quality, it’s recommended to process frozen meat blocks with temperatures between –12°C and –20°C.
