Description
This Karl Schnell creaming tanks is a part of a production line
for sterilised processed cheese spreads.
They serve for controlled viscosity increase following the sterilisation process,
in order to achieve optimum spreading characteristics.
Double jacketed. Max volume: 750 liter, effective volume: ± 600 liter.
Scraper agitator that goes along the wall,
motor: 2,2 kW - n1 1450 - i 75,02 - n2:19 rpm. 2x opening lids on the top.
CIP spraybowls. Manual outfeed valve in the bottom.
3 feet, 2x fixed and 1 with weighing cell. Instruction manual
