KA-000, CARTONING MACHINE

Machine for packaging pasta packages in cardboard cases
for small and medium production.
Once the pasta packages have been placed in the marked buckets,
the machine makes intermittent advances of the buckets
until they are placed in front of the mouth
of the cardboard package that has previously been shaped
and parallel to the advance. At this moment,
a push activated by a mechanical cam drives the package
into the case, in such a way that in the following steps,
the previously glued flaps are automatically closed
and the completely formed and closed package is ejected.
These cartoning machines are designed with the simplicity
of all the mechanisms.
Its versatility makes it possible to work with either
fully square cartons or cartons with a variety of side lengths.
Various groups of bags are available depending on whether
they are placed in the carton flat or in an upright position.
