45 cu ft, total working capacity carbon steel,
double ribbon mixer with product per hour –
depending on materials and application.
Inner mixing chamber dimensions of 80" in Length;
36" in Width; 46" in Depth.
Equipped with 60" long x 40" wide flip up cover
with safety grid and 1-1/2" wide (outer) and 1-3/4" wide (inner)
x 1/2" thick stainless steel double ribbons with 1" OD spokes
set on 5" OD stainless steel shaft.
6" OD center bottom discharge with hand operated slide
gate valve has 12" floor clearence with out leg extentions
and 62" floor clearence with leg extentions,
20 hp motor to sprocket belt drive with safety guard
and mounted on painted mild steel extention frame.
