Jasco 851AS Intelligent Sampler

HPLC autosampler.
JASCO MODEL 851-AS intelligent sampler is developed for JASCO 800 series HPLC line, and has the following features:
1) Injection mocan be selected either variable (partial loop loading) or fixed volume injection (full loop loading) by a switch;
2) Sample vials are placed in a compact rack on an X-Y table, which allows access to any sample vial among 100 samples;
3) The sample vial is of air-tight, that enables no concentration change due to solvent evaporation even during a long term analysis;
4) An optional Peltier chiller keeps the samples at the temperature of 4C;
5) Simple flow line and air segmented sampling permit high reproducibility with minimum sample loss;
6) Interactive operation procedure by the LCD multidisplay and the simple key strokes allows easy operation;
7) Build-in 10-step method program file enables 10 different method; sample numbers, number of injections per a sample in the fixed injection mode.
In addition to the above parameters injection volume can be changed in the variable injection mode;
8) Built-in self diagnostic and maintenance program facilitates trouble-shooting;
9) The 851-AS is compatible with 801/802-SC system controller.
