Automatic coating machine / varnishing machine Ceetec
The machine was developed for the industrial application of paints
and wood preservatives to profiled strips, structural timber, glulam and decking boards.
Industrial design, suitable for integration into automatic production lines

Workpiece dimensions max. 250 x 100 mm (WxH),
Workpiece lengths from approx. 800 to theoretically infinite possible

equipped with:
- Flood zone on up to four sides for even paint application, individually switchable
- 8 distributor / expeller brushes on 8 axes (top/bottom, right/left, right/left, top/bottom),
Brush speed infinitely variable frequency-controlled
- Feed via 4 feed rollers, infinitely variable frequency control, max. approx. 150 m/min.

The application material is in a closed circuit.
Excess material flows back into the container through a filter and is reused.

This model is the industrial version, which has the following advantages over the trade version (A 250):
- More solid construction - designed for continuous use - yet mobile thanks to transport rollers
- Infinitely adjustable feed rate (important if the machine is later to be integrated into a complete line with e.g. automatic stacking, feeding or drying...)
- 4 driven feed rollers in the machine, which ensure that the workpieces leave the machine independently
and do not have to be pulled out (avoids unnecessary marks on the surface)

Safety devices:
Safety rip cord / emergency stop at the infeed and outfeed of the machine
Weight approx. 600 kg
The machine is sold technically checked and cleaned in the existing equipment condition.
Incl. new pneumatic diaphragm pump, new brush set, hose connections etc.
