Instant noodle pasta line can produce 680–850 lbs/hr (308–385 kg/hr) of a “puffed” noodle product at various widths & lengths. This “pre-coated” noodle can be used for instant soups & other “instant” noodle foods. Line was installed & running in mid 1986 and ran until 1992. 90% stainless steel product contact surfaces. Other 10% is polished aluminum or food grade plastics.
Line includes:
bulk ingredient used bins with automatic pneumatic feed systems.
“Demaco” continuous PRE-mixer, mixer and sheeting line.
“E.E.C” steam cooking tunnel, radiant heat drying tunnel & air impingement dryer.
“Deamaco” slitter/cutter with 3 splitting discs.
“Buhler MIAG” vacuum noodle conveyor system.
“Proctor-Schwartz” gas fired, fluid bed type drier, swivel loading conveyor & gas fired final drier.
“Meyer” bucket conveyors & “E.E.C” custom conveyors. Packaging equipment not available.
