The Ilpra Food Pack Tank heat sealer features a stain detector,
allowing it to use printed film. It is designed for packaging with
a protective atmosphere, vacuum, or just heat sealing.
This automatic machine operates in cycles, sealing 1 tray per
cycle, with a speed of 12 cycles per minute using vacuum and
gas heat sealing. The tray feeder is operated by a
manual conveyor carriage, and the machine’s output is
moved by chain drag to a roller discharge.

The heat sealer works by welding one thermoplastic to
another, or to another compatible material,
using heat and pressure. It can create a protective atmosphere
by removing oxygen from the container and replacing it with
an inert gas, or it can simply seal the container,
including vacuum sealing.
