This ILLIG thermoforming machine is perfect for
producing a variety of items such as cups, containers,
and similar parts from PS material rolls.
This used thermoforming line is designed with
a roll-fed system and features pneumatic unwinding.
The machine can handle material widths ranging from
150 to 495 mm, making it versatile for
different production needs.
The forming area measures 475×250 mm with
a draw depth of 100 mm, providing ample space for
various shapes and sizes.
The ILLIG RDM 37/10 thermoforming line is capable of
reaching up to 48 cycles per minute,
depending on the material, its thickness,
and the mould used.
