Huvitz HRK-9000A
EUROPE (Western and Northern)
This technology eliminates the need for compensation to
achieve perfection in refraction.
It includes contrast sensitivity tests, glare tests,
and the measurement of tear film break-up time (TFBUT) and
meibography, a world first.
The subjective visual acuity test offers reliable and precise data,
helping to determine the need for progressive lenses based on
patient responses. The contrast sensitivity and
glare tests reliably assess night vision acuity,
perfectly reproducing halo effects.
Measuring TFBUT and meibography collects
essential information on the state of the tear film and
Meibomian glands, contributing to a
thorough understanding of visual acuity.
Huvitz's Wavefront technology goes beyond general refraction
by providing highly accurate data on the cornea's refractive
power and index. The HRK-9000A uses a microlens array to
create multiple separated focal points,
offering valuable insights into the patient's ocular system.
The accuracy of KER data is enhanced by
adjusting the optimal diameter of the measurement zone,
while REF data are standardized for optimal accuracy.
The HRK-9000A also offers a color mode for viewing eyes and
fitting contact lenses.
Peripheral keratometry measurement allows for
continuous measurement of corneal curvature and
eccentricity across its entire periphery,
facilitating contact lens fitting.
The IOL mode provides an additional measurement for
intraocular lens power or visual acuity after cataract surgery.
The HRK-9000A also supports the measurement of iris and
pupil diameter, with a measurement range from 2 mm to
14 mm, for accurate examinations.
The contact lens fitting assistance function is a world first in
an Auto Refractometer Keratometer.
The 7-inch color touchscreen is not only bright and
accurate but can also be tilted and swiveled for
smooth communication between the examiner and
the examinee.
Automatic tracking ensures perfect measurements,
even for inexperienced users.
The built-in printer can print 10 measurement data in
3 seconds, without any annoying noise, and the paper roll can
be replaced in a single gesture.
Moreover, wireless communication via
Wi-Fi facilitates data transmission with
other Huvitz equipment.
