52" diameter x 15' long stainless steel hot water rotary blancher,
8' high hopper infeed, 5' high Ferris wheel discharge,
3/16" round hole perforations,
(10) top side hinged inspection doors,
driven by a 1hp SEW Eurodrive variable speed chain drive,
unit is currently set up with a bottom steam jacket
for indirect heating but can be converted
to a conventional steal injection style heating,
all stainless steel contact and frame construction,
good condition – as is.
