PROCESS: After adjusting the concentration to approx. 4%, the waste paper stock from the weighing vat is fed to the dispersion system by means of a pump with adjustable rotations. The stock dehydrated in the press until it is dry, approx. 30%, is directed to the heater, and the filtrate flows by gravity to the reservoir of fibrous water (dirty filtrate). The dehydrated stock, after heating with steam to a temperature of approx. 90 – 95 oC, drops into the screw feeding it to the disperger, where it is finally homogenized. From the disperger, the recycled stock is transported by a screw conveyor to the ladle after the dispersion feeding the dense stock pump. In order to obtain a higher whiteness of the stock, a second part (2/3) of hydrogen peroxide H2O2 will be dosed in front of the screw feeding the disperger. The first part of the peroxide is added to the pulper beforehand.
