Cartridge glue system (1906M), 3 mm edge thickness cap., 6 - 45 mm panel thickness, 60 mm min. panel width and 180 mm min. length.

Equipped with:
• Semi-automatic magazine coil (1903), 0.4 to 3 mm PVC cap. pneumatic guillotine for coil cutoff.
• 2-Roller pressure section (1912P) w/electronically controlled and feed speed synchronized drive roll.

Workstations:
• Pre-Milling Station: (2) 2.0 KW (2.68 HP) - 12,000 RPM motors; Equipped with "ProLock" quick-change
flange including height adjustment for optimum utilization of cutters.
• Double motor end trim (1818), with swivel point - chamfers 0°- 10°, 0.22 kW - 9,000 RPM motor, (HF - 300Cy).
• (1942M) Universal Top & bottom fine trim, for bevels from 0° - 15°, 0.6 kW (0.9 HP) - 22,000 RPM, (HF - 300Cy)
• Profile Scraping Unit (1229 MOT2): Top/Bottom servo motor controlled, programmable knife position for PVC edges,
reversible insert carbide knives, equipped with air-jet blowers and chip collector box.
• Buffing Station (1940): Top & bottom buffing motors with 150 mm (6.0") cloth buffing wheel diameter,
adjusts in any direction (vertical tilt is 0° - 5°, horizontal swivel is 0° - 20°); 1,440 RPM wheel rotation.
