cookie dough and more. It features Power bowl lift,
Swing-out bowl systems makes it easy to remove bowl,
SS bowl included. 5 HP (208V, 3 phase)
Hobart designed fixed speed motor,
and gear driven transmission.
Mixer does include bowl cage safety interlock system.
All removed from operation when line was disassembled.
