has a working capacity of approximately 330 liters (11.5 cubic feet).
Interior of bowl is manufactured of stainless steel and
is jacketed for heating or cooling applications.
Unit has four (4)-tier blades which are belt driven by
a 100/50 HP 2-speed motor with starter.
