Havantec Flaker FR 100

This model is a semi automatic machine using a specially designed
stainless steel rotor for cutting frozen blocks of meat and fish into flakes

The product is fed through a special feeding slide through part,
taking advantage of the products own weight.

The machine is capable of cutting with two speeds

A robust and steady machine entirely made from stainless steel,
the FR 100 model is electronically controlled and equipped
with the relevant safety devices.
