control of the brewhouse via a touch screen display accessible from the working platform
the app needed to control the brewhouse can be installed on a portable device (e.g. tablet) and the operation of the brewhouse can be controlled remotely
There is also a possibility to offer for sale open fermenting vats with a nominal volume of 1000 l (total volume 1200 l).
