MOBICHEF integrates an ultra-efficient recycling unit
with a treatment that includes 6 stages (filters).
It has been designed to eliminate all particles of grease
and cooking fumes released by cooking equipment,
whatever their type (grills, fryers, etc.).
The treated air can be returned directly to the restaurant room
where it is installed. It therefore does not require any connection
to an extraction network.
