Suitable for moulds with following dimensions (275 x 135 mm / 275 x 175 mm)
capacity 7 - 8 moulds/minute (for bars of +/- 100 gram)
* Operating by 2 people (1 operator for demoulding-packaging and 1 operator for depositor-tempering machine)
* With this moulding line following products can be made : solid products (bars, caraques…) and chocolate shells for pralines
the tablets line is integrated into the Hacos HML600S line
the 'tablet' line can produce 9000 tablets in 8 hours with 2 people, 1 tablet = 80 gr
consisting of:
* infeed conveyor for moulds (2018)
* SOLLICH tempering machine 200FD (1985) (new cooling and electrical system (2018), completly revision (2018), capacity +/- 200 kg/hr, with level sensor in the depositor, to open a valve to fill the depositor furthermore with chocolate
* melting tanks (2 x 1800 kg) (2018)
* chocolate pump
* KNOBEL depositor CCM-9 for chocolate or fillings (1996)
* agitator for chocolate in hopper (2020)
* conveyor with vibrating table
* conveyor for granulate (nuts, nibs, sesam seeds, candied orange peel cubes) (2020)
* dosing machine for granulate with multihead weighter and spreader (2020)
* HACOS 600 depositor to produce chocolate shells
