Grote Pendulum Slicer

These Grote pendulum slicers are typically used in the meat and pizza industry to thinly slice cold cuts, pepperoni and similar products.

When you equip it with 4” diameter round tubes, they do a very nice job on slicing bagels into bagel chips.

This current machine in the attached photos was equipped with the six [6] tubes [4” diameter each] for slicing a stack of bagels into chips.

The ID tag is missing, so I cannot confirm the model number or serial number of this machine at this time.

The one set of [6] 4” diameter slicing tubes are included, but if you want to run a different size, you would simply buy from Grote [or make-up yourself] a tube set at the proper diameter of that product.
