Stainless steel slicer /
applicator slices up to 176 strokes per minute per lane.
Slicing zone up to 40" wide,
up to a maximum of 6" slicing stroke.
Approximate 6' long band saw blade.
Can slice and apply most boneless/non-frozen meat,
fish, poultry, cheese, bread products,
fruits and vegetables.
Driven by a 5 hp, 480V, three phase motor. The slicer has two sets of rectangular chutes; (3) chutes of 13"x4", and (4) chutes of 9"x4".
