The MRT100E is a fully automatic syringe wasching unit
"The objects are fed to the inlet armature of the machine
via a conveyor, an inlet turntable or an inlet wire cloth belt
with a feed screw.
The input star feeder transmits the objects
to be cleaned to the clamps at the main armature.
The objects are rotated by 180° and fed one after the other to the cleaning stations.
The flow of detergents is controlled by magnetic valves.
After cleaning, the objects are turned 180° again and transported to the outlet.
All parts in contact with the detergent and the object are made of stainless steel and high temperature resistant plastics."
