Groninger Linear dosing machine

User manual in English (currently does not have electrical diagrams)
4 dosing pumps of 1/2 liter each
Optional (possibility of incorporating 2 more pumps)
Product hopper with double jacket, agitation.
Optional possibility of putting resistances and heating product.
Product conveyor belt (currently without motor disconnected from the machine)
4 pneumatic dosing nozzles, closed by compressed air to avoid dripping
The dosage of the product can be done progressively until reaching the required dose in the last dose
Or dose the 4 containers at the same time that would go from 60/70 ml to 500 ml, you can fill up to 1 liter with 2 doses.
To avoid that in cases of foamy product it protrudes from the container.
The containers are moved forward using the machine's conveyor belt.
It also has an additional system where the containers are guided along guides that automatically position and hold them at the time of dosing.
