Leather press Gozzini ST/1500 with plate 1500x1000 mms.

Second hand machine fully reconditioned as follows:
• flattening, with our tool machines, of the frame, moving table and heating plate to obtain
the perfect parallelism between the work surfaces tables;
• replacement of the gasket, scraper and gasket of the main cylinder;
• reconditioning of the hydraulic pump;
• reconditioning of the hydraulic block and relative hydraulic valves with replacement of
the gaskets;
• replacement of new insulated panels between heating plate and frame;
• reconditioning of wooden boards for leather support;
• replacement of the mechanical anti-accident protection with replacement of the bearings
and springs;
• replacement of the electrical system with new cables and new devices inside the electric
new box;
• installation of n. 1 new generation PLC, with “Touch-screen” colours.
• complete painting of the machine.
