Goodway CM35 Mixer Paste Horizontal

Compact, stainless steel, continuous, high shear,
rotar, stator, aerator, mixer rated from 250 to 4800 pounds of product
per hour – depending on materials and application.
Equipped with double wall mixing chamber
for cooliant circulation with 16" OD / 13" ID pyramid shaped
mixing head has raidial flow disc with high shear action
consisting of front and rear rotor and stator
with 2-1/2" OD threaded center finished product outlet port
and sanitary seal drive shaft rated from 150psi standard
up to 450psi on the CM35. Control panel has mixer / pump speed
controls air suipply, head pressuree rergulator,
and head presasure gaugesa flow and hour meters.
Mounted on a stainless steel common base frame.
Continuous mixer aerates cake batter, creme fillings,
marshmallow, icings, whipped creme, butter and many others.

145 gallon, 304 stainless steel, single wall storage tank.
Vessel Dimensions: 29" in Diameter; 66" straight wall.
Equipped with a slant bottom and a 4.5" OD side discharge
with 16" of floor clearance. Mounted on three steel legs.
