skid mounted, set up for flash Pasteurization using the HTST
(high temperature-short time) method, with (2) plate heaters,
regeneration accomplished by incoming product cooling
the outgoing product, plate one with (6) 8" x 24" plates
for 8 square feet of surface area and plate two with (12) 8" x 24" plates
for 16 square feet of surface area, with a 1hp centrifugal product pump,
hot hold loop, all controls
(with a Partlow MRC5000 chart recorder/controller),
piping and valving, RBI hot water heater and tank,
1.5" Tri-Clamp piping, stainless steel product contact parts,
mild steel skid, wired for 230/3/60,
skid measure 43" wide x 75" long x 74" tall
and weighs approximately 2300 pounds, as is.
