2) Wafer Spreading Machine
Pump from Mixer transports fill into the tank
Fill from tank is spreaded on wafers by roller.
Wafers needs to be placed manually. You can choose how thick and how many layers do you want on sheets (max 3). We often used one layer, because we were producing thick fill.
Conveyor transports wafer sheets with fill to the second roller.
3) Wafer Cutting Machine
Machine cuts wafers into smaller pcs than distributes it with conveyor. Workers pick wafer cakes manually, place it in plastic containers and send it in packing machine.
4) Reepack (Italian manufacturer)
Packing machine
Line is in good condition and still operating.
Machine is still under power, but we dont use it. I can only start it up so you could see there is no problems with it, I can do it for each machine. Machine will be performing but without raw material.
