The vessel has a stainless steel bridge assembly which
supports the main mixer drive gear comprising a
1kw 1440rpm motor with a 60:1 speed reduction gearbox for the
full profile scraped surface agitator
A further similar drive powers the
contra rotating paddles Tothe
vessel top there are two hinged lift up access panels either side of the bridge
Both panels have
electrical isolation safety devices
The vessel has a bottom entry homogeniser with a
140mm dia workhead driven from a 5.5kw 415 volt 3 phase 2865rpm motor
The bottom product outlet is 50mm dia and
has a flush surface rising spindle valve attached
The vessel has a stainless steel jacket rated at 4 bar working pressure
(6 bar tested) which is fully insulated and clad in rigid stainless steel
The vessel stands on three 80mm dia stainless steel legs

One top cover panel has a
200mm x 120mm chargeport and cover
The vessel has its original powder coated full feature control panel
