Gilowy 17-020, Vial Washer

This unit features production rates up to 300 vials per minute
and vial size range of 2ml to 50ml vials with required change parts.
This unit complete with change parts for 2, 3, and 5 ml vials.
This washer has (4) zones, (1) interior/exterior spraying recirculation water,
(2) interior/exterior spraying recirculation water,
(3) interior/exterior spraying WFI distilled water, and (4) air blast.
Equipped with 2 tanks 15.5" long x 23.5" wide x 20.5" deep
with Hilge pumps for each tank. (Tank #2 is electrically heated.)
Lauer systems PCS HMI, and Siemens Simatic S5 PLC.
