Description: This is a production line that was used for assembling a small pen. This system includes two cappers, two body assemblers, one loctite glue applicator and curing system, three custom jigs for various body assembly processes. See images for full item description.
Specifications
Cap Assembly & Saftey Cap Assembly (connected to one another)
Purpose: To place first and second saftey caps on to the needle/ needle hub. One part places a small saftey cap over the needle hub, still leaving the needle exposed. The second stage places a saftey cap over the entire needle and half way over the first saftey cap (coving the hub). This encloses the needle in a clear saftey cap.

Implant Holder Assembly (Konstruktionsbüro)
Purpose: To place a small seal over the implant hohlder. This sytsm positions the implant holder moves it under a roll of foil or film, then a small heated press moves down punching out and sealing the small cover on the implant holder assembly.

Loctite Metal Rod Bevel Guidance Glue Assembly
Purpose: To glue a metal rod to the guidance assembly. The system has a linear track with a jig to hold the rod and guidance in place. It then goes into an enclosure where the glue is placed in between the rod and guidance. Then the rod and guidance with glue move into another enclosure for UV curing.
