Gelmark US, FREEZING MACHINE FOR ICE CREAM

Continuous freezer machine consisting of a stainless steel cabinet
with easy removable side panels.
The removal of the panels allows access
to the various components for cleaning,
inspection and maintenance –
The freezer has adjustable feet for exact leveling
and the cabinet accommodates the vertical freezer barrel
with the Dasher shaft complete with scraper blades and the drive motor,
and the control system for the air mixing pump.
– on the front face of the freezer are mounted
the air mixture pump and the appropriate support,
and the variable speed flywheel pump
In the upper part is the control station made of stainless steel sheet
that contains all the devices for the control and start-up
of the different components of the machine.
for checking the operations of the machines there are
the ammeter indicates the power absorption by the Dasher motor
and therefore the hardness of the product in the freezing cylinder,
and the thermo-vacuum gauge to control
the performance of the system of refrigeration.
